Terms
Draft — to be finalized after legal review before launch.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of NIMBUS PROTOCOL (the "Game") provided by PLAYUS (the "Company").
2. Accounts
You may start with a guest account. Guest accounts can be lost when changing devices or deleting the app, so linking an account is recommended. Users under 14 need guardian consent to make purchases.
3. Paid currency and refunds
Paid crystals are tracked separately from free crystals. Unused paid crystals may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Free crystals are spent first.
4. Paid random items
Recruit odds and the 200-pull pity are disclosed in game and on this website and will not be changed to your disadvantage.
5. Operations
Maintenance, updates and events are announced in advance. Fraudulent use may result in restrictions.
6. Account deletion
You can request deletion in Settings. You may cancel within 7 days by signing in; afterwards your data is deleted except records the law requires us to keep.
